Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before using the online test provided by BusinessValidate (“Company”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing your use of the test and outlines the responsibilities and limitations of the Company and the user.

1. Acceptance of Terms:  By accessing or using the test, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use the test.
2. Test Results:  The online test provided by the Company is designed to assess various aspects of a business. However, the test results are based on the information provided by the user and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or indicative of future business success.
3. No Liability for Business Outcome: The Company shall not be held liable for any actions, decisions, or outcomes based on the test results. The user acknowledges and understands that the test is not intended to provide professional business advice and should not be solely relied upon for making critical business decisions.
4. Independent Professional Advice: It is recommended that the user seeks independent professional advice before relying on the test results or making any significant business decisions. The Company does not assume responsibility for the user’s failure to seek appropriate professional advice.
5. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to the test, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are the property of the Company. The user agrees not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the test without prior written consent from the Company.
6. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the test, including but not limited to any inaccuracies or errors in the test results.
7. Indemnification: The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold the Company harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to the user’s use of the test or violation of this Agreement.
8. Modifications and Termination: The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the test or this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The user agrees that the Company shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or termination of the test.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the U.S.A. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in District of Columbia.
10. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and the Company regarding the use of the test and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
